The name of your local laboratory is changing to Awanui Labs
Same place, same service, same smile, with a new name.
Awanui means ‘big river’. Like our nation’s rivers, our laboratories and collection centres across the motu intersect and join. We have joined together as Awanui Labs. The new name brings together eight brands from across Aotearoa – from Northland to Southland.
Over the next few months you will see local laboratory brands including Labtests, Northland Pathology, Taranaki Pathology, Hawkes Bay SCL, Wellington SCL, Medlab South, Canterbury SCL and Southern Community Laboratories, come together as one unified national brand – Awanui Labs.
