With the Clive bridge now fully open, transport issues between Napier and Hastings have eased. Normal hours resume at our Napier Collection Centre tomorrow, and we are working on restoring late afternoon courier pickups.

From tomorrow (Wednesday 8 March):

• Hastings laboratory – operational, normal hours 8.00am-7.00pm
• Hastings laboratory Collection Centre (Maraekakaho Rd) – open 7.30am-5.00pm
• Hastings Health Centre- open 8.00am-5.00pm
• Havelock North –  remains closed until further notice, flood damage
• Napier (Vautier St) – Open 7.30am-5.00pm
• Taradale- open Mon, Wed, Fri 9.30am-11.00am
• Courier Services
  • We are  restoring late afternoon pickups from Wednesday- times may differ from your previous schedule
  • Your courier will advise your last pickup times over the next few days as we optimise the routes

Unfortunately Havelock North will be closed for some weeks. Flood damage has required removal of gib-board and flooring for the timber framing to dry out. Please refer your patients to our Hastings Health Centre or Maraekakaho Rd sites instead.
