Matariki weekend
Our collection centres will all be closed on Friday 20 June for the Matariki public holiday.
King’s birthday weekend
All of our collection centres will be closed on Monday June 2 for the King’s birthday public holiday. Hastings and Napier collection centres are also closed on Saturday May 31.
School holiday hours
The Hastings Health Collection Centre will be closed from 18 April to 27 April for Easter, ANZAC and school holidays. The Maraekakaho Road and Havelock North collection centres will remain open over this period.
Changes to wound swab reporting
The microbiology lab at Awanui Hawkes Bay is planning to change the way wound swab cultures are reported. The change will come into effect on 1 April, 2025.
