All referrals for skin prick (skin sensitivity) testing must be on the dedicated\u00a0S<\/a>kin Sensitivity Test Request \/ Consent form<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 The referral section must be fully completed by the referrer and the form given to the patient (or guardian) who must take it with them to their appointment for the test.\u00a0 The Consent section of the form is completed at the collection centre immediately prior to the test.\u00a0 The request form includes a number to call for an appointment for this test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requestors should note that currently we are unable to provide skin prick testing in infants less than six months of age. This is primarily due to safety concerns.
