We are pleased to announce that routine blood-test appointments can now be booked online for Glenfield, Glen Innes, Glendene and Manurewa collection centres. This option allows patients to reserve a specific time and helps to ease queues during busy periods.

Appointments are offered at selected times that differ by location, reflecting staffing levels and daily demand. Walk-in testing remains unchanged and is available at all sites. More Auckland locations will be added from mid-July, and these will appear on the booking page as they go live.

This option may be especially helpful for those who benefit from a quicker visit, such as immunocompromised patients, people with sensory sensitivities, or anyone who finds crowded spaces challenging or has limited time.

Routine tests use the same online link that was introduced in May for specialised tests. Patients who need a fixed time or prefer to avoid busy waiting rooms are encouraged to use this service.
