New Referrers — Awanui Labs

If you are new to requesting labs with Awanui, or if you are going to be working from a new location, please complete the New Referrer code form.
- Referrers need a new code for each location they work from. Without a code the result cannot go to the correct facility.
- Once submitted one of our staff will confirm set up.
You only need a lab code if you are the responsible clinician for the test result. If you are requesting on behalf of a clinician and won’t be receiving the result you need access to eOrders only.
