Queen Elizabeth memorial day

Our collection centres will be closed on Monday 26 September in honour of Queen Elizabeth II. The Wellington Hospital collection rooms will however be open between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm for any urgent/non deferable requests. Please remember to wear a mask in all of our collection rooms as we are a healthcare facility.

Histology turn-around times

Wellington SCL’s Wellington Hospital anatomical pathology department is experiencing histology result reporting delays due in part to staff absences and sickness with winter respiratory viruses. Queen’s birthday

Our collection centres will be closed on Monday June 6 for the Queen’s birthday public holiday. We will reopen again on Tuesday June 7.
